Art Psychotherapy
psychological therapy

Art Psychotherapy in England and worldwide is a well known therapeutic modality to express feelings and emotions through the whole process of making art. During the sessions you – the client – will be encouraged to use a variety of art materials and tools to help you express your internal world. This approach is particularly advised for those who have already accessed different therapies (e.g. counselling, CBT, CAT, etc.) and did not find these helpful or not helpful enough. Art Psychotherapy is available to individuals of all ages including children. No artistic skills are required but the willingness to engage is fundamental. The process includes 3 elements: the therapist – the image – the client.

The Psychologist Armentano Anna offers consultations online or face to face from Sheffield – South Yorkshire – England.
