Mindfulness
psychological therapy

Mindfulness derives from a Buddhist tradition, based on Zen and Tibetan meditation techniques. Mindfulness therapy has been used in England and worldwide to help client to release the daily worries – stress – anxiety and preoccupation. It helps with a variety of psychological and physical conditions, such as: stress, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, panic, etc. Mindfulness will help particularly with the psychological habit of repeadetly dwelling on stressful thoughts by concentrating and learning to be focused in engaging all senses – vision/auditory/smell/taste/touch to be grounded in the “here and now!”

The Psychologist Armentano Anna offers consultations online or face to face from Sheffield – South Yorkshire – England.
